Kent Roadrunner Marathon

The annual merry go-around at Cyclopark, Gravesend saw runner doing 20 laps (3 more than last year, but shorter) at this GOLD standard marathon race, mixing elites and recreational runners in a brilliant format for all involved - athletes, supporters and event organisers - over a typical British morning. Dagenham were joined by friends both local and from far afield and enjoyed the marathon challenge with everyone finishing and picking  up the massive 500g medal for their efforts. 1st across the line was Running Fish Peter Salmon in 3:37:43  with Rahana Islam 3:57:24 also gaining the sub4 time.
